Frequently asked questions
Ordering & Products
Yes — each miniature is painted only once, so once a piece sells, that exact version won't be listed again. If you love something, it's worth grabbing it while it's up.
I take a limited number of commissions, but my main focus is finished pieces already available in the shop. This lets me paint at my own pace and keep quality consistent. If you're interested in a commission, reach out and I'll let you know if I have room.
Since most pieces are one-offs already painted, customization isn't standard — but feel free to ask, especially for commission slots.
Care & Materials
All pieces are 3D-printed in ABS-like resin, hand-painted using a mix of brush and airbrush techniques, with a focus on bold color and cohesive palettes.
Keep out of direct sunlight, avoid handling by painted areas, and dust with a soft brush. All pieces are finished with a matte varnish for extra protection.
Returns & Issues
UK and EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and return online or distance purchases for any reason, no justification needed. For other countries, returns are handled case-by-case and aren't guaranteed.
Despite careful packaging, small resin parts can occasionally break in transit. This can usually be fixed at home with a bit of cyanoacrylate glue applied with a toothpick. If it can't be repaired, contact me with photos as soon as possible and I'll arrange a return and refund.
About the Artist
Every piece is hand-painted by me, Alba, working full-time from my studio in Breda, Girona.

Every piece is carefully packed to prevent damage to delicate details (spears, banners, thin elements) during transit. I use bubble wrap and smaller boxes nested inside a rigid outer shipping box for maximum protection.
